Yes! We use Pectin in our gummies which is plant derived. There is no gelatin in our supplements. They are also gluten free and nut free.
Yes - all of our products are suitable for those with gluten sensitivities and are dairy - free also.
We naturally sweeten our gummies using very small amounts of glucose syrup and cane sugar. There is less than 1g of sugar per gummy which is much less than other brands. Although sugar free vitamins may sound appealing, there are no studies out there on the long term effects of artificial sweeteners in children.
As an MD, I prefer to give my kids natural sugars which we know are safe for children to take rather than artificial sweeteners which may have potential long term negative effects.
Our Vitamin D spray is safe from 12 months upwards. Our gummies are for age 4+. Purely to reduce choking risk (the amounts of vitamins and minerals in them are safe for a 3 year old)
Not all kids need multivitamins. Doctors recommend them for picky eaters and those with restricted diets (Vegans / Celiacs) . Children with certain medical conditions who are unable to absorb vitamins must take one. Very active kids and children who are going through growth spurts may also benefit from one!
Yes! We all need a Vitamin D supplement daily - from birth until being elderly! We don't get enough sunlight to produce it and we can't get enough from foods. 600IU is the recommended daily amount for children 1+ and all of our supplements contain this per serving.
Our vitamins are all physician formulated and science backed. They are age-appropriate with optimal amounts of vitamins and minerals in each serving. There are many brands out there with far too little or even far too much of a vitamin in their products - the vitamins A, D, E & K are fat soluble and can be toxic in high doses. Our multivitamin contains 50% RDA of all vitamins and minerals as your child will be getting the other 50% from food - even if they are a fussy eater! Our supplements all have 600IU Vitamin D3 in them - which is 100% RDA as we can't get D in foods so we need 100% in a supplement. We use high-quality ingredients for our gummies and no-choke spray. Moreover, our vitamins are cost efficient compared to many other brands. For example, our Vitamin D contains a 3 month supply for one child. That’s less than 50 cents a day!

Our gummies taste so good - adults love them! Adults can take 2 of the Vitamin D gummies (to give 1200IU Vitamin D3 daily). We recommend 3 of the Multivitamin gummies should you choose to take them.
Our subscriptions automatically renew after different periods, depending on what you ordered. The Vitamin D Gummy and Spray renews every 90 days, and our Multivitamin renews every 45 days. Subscriptions are always a minimum of 20% off our retail price.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery will depend on shipping destination but most shipments will arrive within 3-5 business days to Canada and 5-7 business days to the US.

I have tried a few different multivitamins for my kid, but this one is by far the best.
